Runner crosses the finish line at race
A black and white photo of either the finishing line or check point of a Front Runners San Diego run in a park (likely Balboa Park). There is a crowd of spectators and a few runners in the frame. There's also a time clock that reads 0:21:44 and simple paper triangle garlands propped up at waist height to form fences.
