Scope and Content:
This poster is from the second annual Lesbian Solidarity Rally and March on Friday June 25, 1981. The Rally took place at San Diego City College and was followed by a candlelight march through Downtown San Diego and back to City College. Speakers at the rally included "Betty Brooks of the Long Beach State College Women's Studies Program, Carmela Flores of the Coalition to Stop Violence Against Women, and Joanne Kerr...director of Wing Gallery" (Moore, 1981).
